How we connected Hub Australia's Xero organisations
Hub Australia runs each of its coworking Clubhouses in a separate Xero organisation. Members are billed by their home Clubhouse but can run up charges at any location, which made revenue reporting per customer inaccurate.
- We built a Xero integration that moves each member's revenue and credit to their home Clubhouse and to the month it was used.
- We added a reporting API that combines P&L and budget figures from every Clubhouse's Xero organisation.
- Hub's finance team has saved hundreds of hours of manual reconciliation, and management can compare each Clubhouse against budget in one place.
